Something Was Done For Me

“Something Was Done for Me,” is a guided reflection examining the difference between being helped and seeking help.

Considering the contrasting perspectives of receiving help versus actively searching for it is interesting. Often, we may find ourselves caught in a perpetual cycle of relying on others without genuinely understanding the transformative power of self-initiated support.

By the end of this meditation, I hope you will have an experience that opens a new perspective on being helped and seeking help in your pursuit of self-discovery.

This meditation was part of my Sunday Sunrise Salutations Collection. You can get these on your podcast app if you would like to sign up here. They are also available as a play list on YouTube.
