Book: Schedule a free 30 minute discovery call with me. You will be asked a few questions on the booking form.
Discovery Call: We meet and discuss your goals, what you want to get out of working with me and answer any of your questions about my coaching program. If we both decide we are a good fit, you purchase a coaching package and book your first deep dive session.
Welcome Email: Once officially signed up for my private coaching, you will receive an email with important next steps and links to schedule your sessions with me.

How much time per week do I need to dedicate to this?
The time you dedicate to life coaching depends on your goals, challenges, and commitment. Generally, life coaching involves regular sessions lasting 75 minutes biweekly.
In addition to the session time, you may need to allocate some time for reflection and implementing the strategies discussed in the sessions. We will discuss your specific needs and expectations and your ideal time commitment. Flexibility is also essential, as some weeks may require more time due to particular circumstances or goals you are working on. Overall, the more time and effort you invest in the coaching process, the greater the potential for progress and results.
What is the investment?
The 3- and 6-month coaching package is $699/month. If you pay in full, there is a discount.
Who is your coaching best for?
Generally I work with women who are done with the doubt, the fear, and being stuck. My coaching clients must be ready to commit to making changes and to working on themselves.
Why should I work with you?
Three main reasons:
- Life experience: I’ve been on my own healing and personal growth journey for over 30 years, so I have my own lived experiences to draw upon.
