Healing Whispers: Embrace Your Inner Child Through a Loving Exploration

There’s a part of us all that never grew up. Whether it is the awe inspiring feeling you get looking up at the clouds in the sky, the free feeling of coasting downhill on a bike or feeling like you just want to pull the covers over your head because you feel overwhelmed.

This week’s meditation, Healing Whispers: Embrace Your Inner Child Through a Loving Exploration, is a practice that tends to the heart of that inner child in you. I invite you to give a little love to that inner child with whom you may be very familiar or perhaps you need to get reacquainted. Listen to that inner child, cherish and soothe them. And savor how this makes you feel.

This meditation was part of my Sunday Sunrise Salutations Collection. You can get these on your podcast app if you would like to sign up here. They are also available as a play list on YouTube.

When Rest Became Medicine

Each of us arrives at rest carrying our own story, often shaped by striving, stress, and the quiet ache for relief. My rest story began in the chaos of launching a massive healing summit. But before you step into my experience, pause and ask yourself: What is your rest story? When did you notice that rest could be medicine?

What Remains When Fear Falls Away

When everything fell away, what remained wasn’t fear—it was freedom. I’m choosing to live from it.
