Steps to Subscribe

If you signed up for Sunday Sunrise Salutation on this page, you should have received an email with your own private link to add the podcast feed to your player of choice. If you don’t see that email after signing up, reach out so we can send you your private link (or reset it if necessary).
- Note: Some of you may have set up your podcast player using a universal link we distributed when we launched the podcast earlier in 2023. If it stops working for you, please contact us to get your personal link.
Locate the email with your own private podcast link, subject line should be “Your audio access: Sunday Sunrise Salutations”.
Before you click the link, view the email from the device you usually listen to your podcasts on, such as your mobile phone. On an iPhone we recommend Apple Podcasts (no installation necessary). On an Android phone, we recommend Google Podcasts (no installation necessary).
Click on your private link. You will see a page that looks like this:

From that page, select the podcast player app of your choice.
Go directly to the app on your device. Click the image of the podcast and start listening! You’ll receive new episodes in the app automatically.
To see all the feed’s episodes in Apple Podcasts, click Library, Shows, click the image, then See All Episodes. (More details below)
After subscribing, the page with the buttons has served its purpose and is no longer needed.

After you subscribe, you may see the following message:

It looks like this feed is already in your podcast app! Head there to continue listening.

You are likely already subscribed so you need to go to your podcast app and locate the show.

If you need to add it to another app, contact the feed creator to reset your link

To subscribe in a different app, you’ll need to reach out to support@sarahbrassard.com to have your link reset.

Here are the steps I follow in the video:

From the main Podcasts screen, select the Library icon in the bottom navigation menu
That will take you to the library. You just might see the recent Sunday Sunrise Salutations episode there in the Recently Updated area. If not, click on Shows.
This will take you to all the Shows you have followed. If you don’t see Sunday Sunrise Salutations there after swiping up to view the list of shows, try clicking on the “All” tab. The view defaults to “Followed”. All will show any podcasts shows that you may have listened to whether you followed them or not.
