I Am Affirmation Meditation

This practice is designed to help you build focus and cultivate a sense of empowerment within yourself. By simply closing your eyes and immersing yourself in the energy of these four mantras, you can create a foundation for increased focus, heightened self-awareness, and a profound sense of empowerment.

Mantra 1: I am alive.
The first mantra, “I am alive,” encourages you to let go of distractions and center your focus on the vitality and energy flowing through your being.

Mantra 2: I am free.
This mantra empowers you to embrace your independence, make
choices aligned with your true desires, and experience a sense of liberation and personal growth.

Mantra 3: I am capable.
The third mantra, “I am capable,” encourages you to recognize your innate abilities and potential.

Mantra 4: I am strong.
The fourth and final mantra, “I am strong,” taps into the immense power that resides within you. It serves as a reminder of your inner strength, resilience, and ability to withstand any difficulties that come your way.

This meditation was part of my Sunday Sunrise Salutations Collection. You can get these on your podcast app if you would like to sign up here. They are also available as a play list on YouTube.
