The Spinal Series: A Seated Movement & Breath Practice

The Spinal Series is a gentle, energizing way to keep your spine supple, youthful, and strong.

A healthy, flexible spine is one of the most overlooked keys to feeling vital and balanced. It’s our framework — and when that structure weakens, every system connected to it feels the effects, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

In this seated movement and breath practice, we work through the spine from the base of the pelvis all the way to the crown, syncing breath with each stage of motion. As the spine lengthens and the abdomen strengthens, the vital organs are stimulated and supported, helping your whole body work more efficiently.

This session comes from my archives, filmed a few years back — the practice itself is just as relevant today.
