Intro to Self-Care and Mindfulness Begin your transformation by establishing a foundation in self-care and mindfulness. Learn essential practices for nurturing your body and mind, setting the stage for deeper exploration in the coming weeks.
Cultivating Awareness in daily life. We’ll dive into the practice of being present. Develop techniques to stay grounded and focused in the moment, enhancing your ability to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and intention.
Defining what matters most to you. Identify and clarify your personal values and the guiding principles that shape your life. Understand how aligning your actions with these values leads to greater fulfillment and a sense of purpose.
Understanding and managing your feelings. Explore the rich terrain of your emotions. Gain insights into recognizing, accepting, and expressing your feelings healthily, facilitating emotional balance and well-being.
Self Healing is a very personal experience and one that encourages you to adopt a beginners’ mindset – a state of open curiosity, receptivity, and wonder. By letting go of preconceived notions and judgment and embracing a fresh perspective, you will approach life and its challenges with renewed enthusiasm and creativity. Through interactive exercises and mindfulness techniques, you will cultivate curiosity, expand your awareness, and unlock hidden possibilities.
Enhancing self-communication and intuition: Strengthen your inner dialogue and tap into your intuition. Learn to trust your inner wisdom, make decisions that resonate with your true self, and align with self-compassion and self-forgiveness.
Overcoming adversity and cultivating strength. Develop resilience to cope with life’s ups and downs. Learn strategies for bouncing back from setbacks and building the inner strength that sustains you through tough times.

This program is a deep dive into our insecurities, beliefs, routines, trauma, etc. To get the most out of this program, we recommend dedicating time and space for you to complete this work. Please dedicate time to coming to at least 8 live sessions to get the most out of the program.
The price of the program today is $2,997 when paid in full, with optional payment plans.
The next program starts on January 24 and will run for 10 weeks until March 27.
Sessions will be on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. Eastern. While you and the group will have the best experience if you are able to join live sessions, the sessions will be recorded and added to the member site should you need to miss one.
Due to the nature of our teaching structure, and the integrity of the group, there are no refunds or guarantees on this program. We understand that this is a big decision and trust that you are making this wholeheartedly and giving yourself space to be 100% in.
All sessions are recorded, however, we do highly recommend being present live for at least 8 of our sessions. If you’re needing very specific times/days to attend, we recommend joining Sarah’s 1:1 coaching program.
