We all know what it’s like to feel stuck…
…when your best efforts seemingly collapse in front of you and you can’t move ahead because of fear. You grieve for the unrealized dream. You fall victim to the circumstances that prevented that dream’s birth and become angry, possibly envious, of others that have made that very dream come true for themselves.
You ride the wave of discontent, fiercely protecting your fears and making excuses for your bad behavior. I’ve done it too.
But what you may not give yourself credit for is the courage it takes to turn these feelings around.
Instead of getting caught in the weeds with these stuck feelings, see them as a huge red flag. These feelings are fleeting and attaching to them will be a slippery slope.
Feelings and whatever activated them is not what matters most. They are indicators of dissatisfaction, and that is all you have to know for now.
Find Your True North
The most effective way to do this is to STOP whatever you are doing, close your eyes and take six long deep breaths.
This practice will center you in the moment. Feel the expansiveness this connection to breath and spirit.
Grow larger than your fears.
Reset and refresh your system. Get a glass of cold water and drink it all down in one breath.
This will reset your system.
Ground yourself in the knowledge that you are more powerful than your fear. Feel your connection to spirit, angels, and guardians. They are with you always, ask them for support.
They will show up.
