A n Immersive Healing Experience
Restore, Revive, Renew
Join Sarah as she welcomes twelve people to her retreat home on Cape Cod. Â
This program is designed to provide participants with the skills and tools necessary to hold space for themselves and others in a way that honors the Divine Feminine Within.Â
This retreat will be a time to switch off, rest, and be held in a nurturing and sacred space to allow your body and spirit time to heal and restore.
During this retreat, you will experience the collective healing power of sisterhood as you nurture yourself with yoga nidra (a state of yoga sleep) meditation, sound healing, journaling, creative expression, and nature healing.
We will explore what it means to be a facilitator of feminine holding space, how to create a safe and supportive container for ourselves and others, and how to use storytelling, rituals of rest, and deep focus to foster connection and empowerment.Â
Through experiential activities, reflection, and group discussion, participants will practice the art of listening deeply and engaging with openness to create a safe space for healing and transformation.
Space is limited, and we expect this retreat to fill quickly, so reserve your spot now!
We invite you to join us for this immersive healing experience, and restore a connection to the deepest parts of your being.Â
Peace, Peace, Blessed Peace.Â

About Your Host
I’m Sarah Brassard, a holistic personal and spiritual coach and author.
I inspire women to change old habits, create a new infrastructure for healing and growth, and learn to reign over the inconsistent and cruel messaging that so often pours forth from the inner voices of those in need of healing. These break-throughs allow for an unwavering, gratifying, and sustainable life-long practice.
My programs bring consistency, focus, and dedication that support a lifetime of inner empowerment. Once the foundation is in place, your life will take a different course, no longer stuck in the fog of trauma and a cycle of endless suffering.
