If you are interested in creating a meditation practice and learning more about techniques that soothe overwhelm and help you heal through stress and anxiety, this yoga and meditation program is for you. Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology known for its holistic benefits. During these times we have a unique opportunity to gather as community weekly and explore this inner journey together. Please join us as we launch our 3rd annual Kundalini 10-week summer program.
