This Christmas season I have been flush with gifts. My spirit rejoices. I have shared time with so many I love. I have had the chance to navigate the challenges of a busy schedule and come out understanding, not resisting, the lessons that were waiting patiently for me to arrive.

I serve myself and others with a different type of confidence this year. This robust knowledge is fueled by a sense of appreciation. The spirit of Christmas is alive in me. It is present in the walks I take with my dogs, or arrives with the smile from a stranger amidst a bustling shopping experience.

The spirit of Christmas is just like anything else we do in spirit: it grows exponentially with all acts of kindness. The spirit of Christmas is just like anything else we do in spirit: it grows exponentially with all acts of kindness. My self care has nurtured my ability to be kind, understanding and forgiving of the spirit that lives in me. I know now that before I have the ability to offer my beautiful energy outward, I must bring it inside to myself first. My greatest gifts this year are the huge amounts of love that are forever present in my life, and for the sweet Divine energy that has given me the eyes to see, understand and appreciate this love.

May your hearts welcome the light and love of the season. All peace be yours…
