An intuitive healer once told me that if we pay attention to the needs of the body, mind, heart and spirit aging becomes a natural and gentle process.
The body is magnificent at repairing itself and with some simple practices in place it finds it’s way to balance much more easily.

Apple Cider Vinegar is one of those curative applications that support the body in doing this. I take 2 tbsp. in the morning with a small amount of water before I eat breakfast. The taste is astringent and not appealing to all. Adding a small amount of raw honey is a great way to digest it more easily.
As with any healing protocol, it takes time and consistency to see results. Although these results may be subtle they are longlasting.
Try it out for 40 days and pay attention to how you feel, I would love to hear how it has improved your life.
