It’s February 4th, and I invite you to participate in the ‘Focus 40’. The 40-day participation will require both a test and reflection upon results. Stand witness to the incredible healing it will bring to your life.
Follow these steps:
1. Choose a goal that means a great deal to you.
2. If you already have a meditation practice, incorporate this goal into your regular routine by stating your goal as a new addition to the way you close your practice each day. Say the goal to yourself, and for the space of a few breaths focus all of your energy on the goal.
3. If you do not have a meditation practice (learn more here if you are curious), choose a time every day that you can depend on, like after brushing your teeth. Say the words of your goal, out loud or in your head. Concentrate as hard as you can on your goal for the space of three deep breaths. Visualize how the completion of your goal will make you feel.
4. In the days to come, open your eyes up to the ways in which the universe sends you opportunities that will make your goal a reality.
