Some types of yoga are structured as a physical workout. Others lean toward meditation. Kundalini Yoga is the best of both of those worlds. With a strong focus on mantra and breathing techniques, each class is composed of a specific set of exercises that generate energy and organize that energy.
Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the yoga of awakening. The practice sheds light on self-imposed limitations, inviting you to think out of your comfort zone, access your intuitive mind, and live in that place of wisdom.
